Behatar Digestion ke liye asaan tips.

Pachan tantra hamare sharir ka important part hain. Yeh hamare bhojan ko pachata hain aur usse mile nutrients sharir ko provide karta hain. Isliye pachan tantra (digestion System) ka hamesha sahi rahna jaroori hota hain. Subah pet acche se saaf hona, healthy hone ki sabse badi nishani hoti hain. Lekin khan-pan mein unbalance, bhag-daur bhari zindagi aur tension vyakti ke pachan tantra ko buri tarah se prabhavit karta hain.

Kabz se sirf budhe hi nahi balki jawan bhi preshan rahte hain. Neend na puri hona, tension, nasheeli dawaayein aur smoking bhi kabz ki wajah hain.

Behatar Digestion ke liye asaan tips.

1. Samay par khana khaye :- Acche pachan ke liye roj samay par khana khaye. Roj niyamit samay par khana khane se pachan tantra par accha asar padta hain aur acid bhi nahi banti hain.

2. Khane mein Fiber ko shamil kare :- Cherry, Angoor, Saabut Anaaz aur Badam jaise Fiber se bhare huye khadya padarth ko apne khane mein shamil kare. In khadya padartho ko apne bhojan mein shamil karne se aapka hajma durust rahega.

3. Roj Dahi khaye ;- Roj ek katori Low fat dahi khaye. Dahi mein Probiotic hote hain, jo pachan ko accha rakhte hain. Pachan Shakti badhane ke liye dahi ka sewan karna bahut hi faydemand hota hain.

4. Khoob saara paani piye :- Din bhar mein khoob saara paani peena bhi pachan ki preshani se bachne ka accha upay hain. Roj 8-10 glass paani piye, isse kabz ki preshani mein rahat milti hain aur digestion system bhi theek se kaam karta hain.

5. Niyamit roop se kasrat kare :- Daily exercise karne se aapka hazma bahut accha rahta hain. Roj kasrat karne se body ke saath saath digestion system bhi accha rahta hain aur aapka blood circulation ko bhi sahi dhang se chalta rahta hain.

6. Nimbu Paani piye :- Agar aapko subah garm paani peena pasand nahi hain, toh ek glass mein nimbu ka ras nichod kar usay piye. Isse aapka pet mein ban raha acid kam ho jayega aur aapka pet bhi saaf rahega.

7. Der raat ko khane se bache :- Hamara pachan tantra shaam ko dheema ho jata hain. Jisse hamare pet mein pachan rasayan banane lagta hain, Isliye der raat ko khane se hamara pachan bigad jata hain.

8. Weight maintain rakhe :- Motapa ya zyada wajan hone se heart burn aur gas jaisi pachan problems paida ho sakti hain. Acche pachan tantra ke liye apna wajan maintain rakhe. Motapa ya adhik wajan bhi aapki pachan shakti ko bigaad sakta hain.

9. Garm paani piye :- Bhojan pachane mein preshani ho rahi ho toh garm paani piye. Subah garm pani peena chahiye aur bhojan se kam se kam 30 minutes pahle paani peene se pachan tantra theek rahta hain.

10. Fast food khane se bache :- Fast food jaise pizza, burger, pasta aadi ko bilkul bhi na khaye. Fast food kabz aur dusri pachan se related problems ko paida karte hain. Kyonki junk food ko pachane mein bahut zyada waqt lagta hain. Isliye fast food ko khane se bachna chahiye.

11. Khana sahi tarike se khaye :- Bhojan ke baad apach ki preshani se bachne ke liye khana khane ka sahi tarika apnaye. Khana khane se pahle phal khaye uske baad bhojan kare, Is tarah aap zyada kha payenge aur pachan ki samsyaon se bache rahenge.

12. Tension kam kare : – Lagatar pachan samsyaon ki wajah tanaav ho sakta hain. Tension aapke hajme par bahut bura asar daalta hain. Isliye Yoga, Meditation jaise exercise ki practise karke aap tension ko control kare.

13. Khana acche se chaba kar khaye :- Khana khane ka sabse accha tarika yeh hain ki chote-chote kaur ko acchi tarah se chaba chaba kar kar khaye. Isse aapke mooh mein carbohydrate banega, Jisse amylase paida honge aur aapka pachan accha rahega.

14. Vitamin C se bharpoor cheeze khaye :- Tamatar, Kiwi aur strawberry jaise Vitamin C se bharpoor khadya padartho ka sewan kare. Vitamin C se bhare huye phal aur sabziya khaye, aisa karne se aapka mall (Toilet/Potty) aache se saaf hoga.

15. Hamesha shanti mein baithkar khana khaye : – Aap khana kaise khate hain, isse bhi aapke digestion par asar padta hain. Isliye hamesha shanti mein baith kar bhojan karna chahiye, na ki T.V. dekhte huye ya baat-cheet karte huye. Sahi tarike se baith kar bhojan karne se hamara pachan hamesha sahi rahta hain.
